Casolani has a warm friendly atmosphere with outside seating where you can watch the buzz of village life while enjoying a great cappuccino or espresso and briosche or a local glass of wine, lunch or supper during the warm season.

Evening is a set surprise menu changing everyday according to seasonal availability of produce. Chef Christine Rumley prepares typical Tuscan dishes paying particular attention to seasonal vegetables, where possible organic. Casolani also offers a good selection of local cold meats and cheeses. What ever is on offer you will not be disappointed.

Food

Chef Christine Rumley prepares typical Tuscan dishes paying particular attention to seasonal produce, afew examples: chickpea and spelt soup, bread tomato and leak soup, asparagus risotto, pici with fresh tomato and breadcrumbs, fresh pasta filled with pecorino served with taragon sauce, braised beef with vinsanto, guinea fowl with juniper, wild boar.
